Title: Graphic Artist Intern

Creative Director

Responsibilities

  • Work with designers, account services and project managers to understand project scope and objectives.
  • Participate in the development of various entry-level web design, print, and production projects for our firm and our clients.
  • Assist in the creation of storyboards.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives, marketing ideas and strategies.
  • Assist team with research.
  • Design and layout of various presentations.

Required Skills

  • Successful completion of Junior year or better at an accredited school, majoring in Fine Arts/ Creative Design.
  • 0 GPA at least one semester.
  • Experience in digital illustration and layout software including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, QuarkXpress and other industry design and production software.
  • Reasonable drawing skills.
  • Experience in printing and production processes and specification (paper, ink, typestyles, type design, type specification, stock photography, computer retouching and image manipulation, art direction of original photography).
  • Experience working with HTML, Javascript and WordPress templates a plus.
  • Work well in small teams to create and implement marketing campaigns.
  • Strong ability to meet all deadlines.

Digital Account Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Regularly research outside content for social media ideas
  • Curate and schedule social media posts
  • Contribute creatively to digital meetings and social media content calendar
  • Assist in the evaluation and optimization of social media accounts
  • Assist in the set-up of online advertising campaigns
  • Assist in the management and analysis of online advertising campaigns
  • Contribute to administrative tasks and functions within the office

Requirements

  • At least a Junior standing in an accredited college / university
  • 0 GPA at least one semester
  • Experience with social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Understanding of digital marketing topics and trends
  • Ability to make evaluative judgments
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to self-organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments
  • Passion, integrity, and energy!
  • Must have a car or reliable transportation to/from Downtown 

Salary

  • $10.00 per hour

Senior Account Director

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating events / promotions for clients
  • Communicate / coordinate ad copy to media outlets
  • Assist in gathering info for media buys and promotions
  • Assist in market research
  • Assist in preparation and maintenance promotion analysis
  • Participate in various brainstorming meetings
  • Support the account services team in daily administrative tasks
  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities
  • Help prepare and distribute marketing materials

Requirements

  • At least a Junior standing in an accredited college / university
  • 0 GPA at least one semester
  • Ability to make evaluative judgments
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
