Are you a results-oriented art director who knows how to generate creative solutions for client needs while keeping business demands in mind? Do you have a knack for conceptual, big-idea thinking? Are you able to communicate your artistic vision to other designers, photographers and illustrators so they can help execute your ideas? Brady Communications, a growing Pittsburgh marketing communications firm founded in 1981, has a position available for an art director who wants not just a job, but a rewarding career. We need someone who understands the importance of teamwork and communication in generating dramatic results for clients. The ideal candidate will be able to juggle multiple projects – and deadlines – at once. Our art director helps to lead the design process for assigned accounts. As a senior member of our firm's creative team, the art director must champion the multiple-concept approach that is part of our philosophy. This position requires the ability to collaborate with account managers, copywriters, production specialists, developers and vendors. Experience with packaging design is a must since a number of our business-to-consumer clients rely on us for this important piece of the marketing mix. Think you fit the bill?
