Brady Communications, a growing Pittsburgh marketing communications firm founded in 1981, has a position available for a creative director who wants not just a job, but a rewarding career. We need someone who understands that creative has to solve a business problem, not just act as simple decoration. The ideal candidate will be able to juggle multiple projects – including deadlines and budget hours – at once. In addition to leading the design process, our creative director oversees team schedules and allocates resources as needed to ensure an even workflow. As part of our firm's leadership team, the creative director must champion the multiple-concept approach that is part of our philosophy. This position requires the ability to collaborate with account managers, copywriters, production specialists, developers and vendors. Strong presentation skills are a must since you will lead the process of getting client buy-in on our creative. Think you fit the bill?
