What a success for social media. But is it really a success? How do we know that the Dell customers wouldn't have bought that amount of product - $6.5m anyway? How do we know that had Dell invested the same amount of effort and costs (personnel and advertising) in another media, they wouldn't have been able to reap that much or more there as well? This webinar will talk about marketing ROI best practices as they apply to social media.
