SnapRetail (http://www.snapretail.com/) is a rapidly growing ecommerce company dedicated to making “retail a snap” for the 100,000 independent retailers that sell gift, home décor, and collegiate products across the United States. Our products help drive traffic to retailers' stores and web sites, and improve retailers' efficiency in managing their businesses. The Graphic & Web Product Designer will be responsible for developing compelling user interface prototypes, based on input from our CEO and other senior managers. Our customers are not typically web experts, so it is important that our web software is easy-to-use and intuitive. Your Duties: You would work closely with our management on: • Product prototypes and concepts • Product concept documents • Compelling graphics for strategic and sales presentations • Developing materials for visual merchandising • Other cool and fun graphic projects What we Offer YOU We offer a good base salary and employee benefits such as Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, Short & Long Term Disability, holidays, vacation and 401k. Requirements:
• Degree in marketing or in graphic, interactive media or web design • Frequent user of social networks, particularly Facebook • Strong creative skills, with a clearly defined design point of view • Lots of web design experience • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, CSS, HTML and basic web page development • Project management skills including organizing and managing multiple projects. • Ability to multi-task and take direction in a team environment • Good understanding of web standards, “usability” best practices, and marketing • Big plus: Adobe Flash Plusses: .Net and ASP development
